2) the members of the board are selected by the general meeting on the basis a list of candidates on one year. The executive committee remains however
also at expiration of the term of office up to new elections of the executive committee in the office.
In principle each member can arrange a list of candidates. In order to be able to form a list of candidates, it requires however the signatures of at least 1/5 of the members. Each member may sign only one list of candidates. In order to accomplish a change of list of candidates, it requires a 2/3 majority the suggestion signing members.
In the first ballot it requires a 2/3 majority of all delivered voices. If this is not reached in the l. ballot, then one changes into the 2.Wahlgang. In the 2.Wahlgang absolute majority is needed. Even if this is not reached, then in the 3.Wahlgang by a simple majority of votes one decides. So that the choice attains its validity, must at least 2/3 of the members its voice have delivered. Voice attitudes and invalid voices remain out of consideration.

3) tasks of the executive committee
The association will in each case represent 26 BGB by 2 members of the board together judicially and out of court in the sense §. This applies also
for notarial affairs. The executive committee can give persons for certain tasks of authority.

The management of the association is incumbent on the executive committee. The resolution is reserved the executive committee.

4) the verabschiedung of a resolution needs the presence of at least 5 and the agreement of at least 4 of the members of the board.

Meeting of the members

The statutory meeting of the members takes place twice in the year. In addition a meeting of the members must be called up, if the executive committee the resolution in addition unanimously discharged or if at least l/5 of all members in writing require the summoning under indication of the purpose and the reasons. Each meeting of the members given by notice at the information board in the new University of Augsburg under observance of 2 weeks admits. The determined agenda is to be communicated thereby.
