Hit the quack's the other day to get a form filled in and mentioned the hypohydrosis (yeah I know, 'hyper' would seem more apposite but hypo it is) and he prescribed Propranolol for the 'physical effects of stress' they work ok in terms of the stress thing but don't seem to do a lot for the sweating. Sleep is better with them but the dreams are, if anything, more vivid than ever.

Had a DWP medical last week. Arrived early and had the shits all morning so went for an evacuation after registering my arrival. Still with 5 mins to go I exited el 'bogo and smacked the quack in the head with the toilet door. He had been lurking outside listening to me! The actual medical was a joke; consisting of the quack asking a lot of Y/N questions with no opportunity to qualify the answer or give background. 'I'm a number! Not a name!' obviously.

Bummer that my chum's mum has renal cancer and another chum's wife has just been diagnosed with MND. Also me old mucker Tony was nearly knocked off his motorbike by a Range-Rover that didn't see him and pulled out to overtake. He's in a right old state about it as the RR driver drove himself into a ditch and Tone is fretting his heart out about it. Rationally it's not his fault but you know how one worries.

Moi? Not been so great. Worrying about Tone. Worrying about the mother who had a fall in the street last week. Worrying about Sladja who's on her hols. Came pretty close to the terminal blood-letting the other day. Over previous weeks i branded myself rather painfully with the potato-masher (burns are so much less dramatic but more painful and terribly slow to heal) and sliced my right arm nice and deep but with the micropore tape acting as steri-strip the scarring is minimised.

Could really do with setting a date and making preparations but the distraction technique is working (????) too well for that.

Ploughed through a Tito biography and am onto the second part of Don Quixote at the mo.

Ciao fer now.

Anarchy In The UK - Inside David Cameron's Brain...

David Cameron's view of Britain; informed by 1950s US scare flicks.

As usual youth clubs are the answer. Maybe retardation or advancement in the education system?

Mr David has really gone tabloid crazy in a "Sun Wot Won It" kinda bandwagonesque way. Odd that he's being harangued for dissing Thatcher whilst coming out with Tabloid pleasing soundbite-policies.

Anyhow, I managed to get out and about yesterday and hit the library. Today made the rambling drop-in thing.

I'm orft,

Bit of a shit week really. Not been out a lot. Difficult getting up and out and all that. Preoccupied with suicide, failure and falling through space into the abyss. (Are there more than one?)

Anyhow...

Hope the above is funtastic,
